Find an IPF Center of Excellence and a pulmonologist with experience in threating interstitial lung diseases and put your trust in him or her and in the FDA. Over the years, I was treated with Prednisone for exacerbations. You just have to deal with all of the side effects from them at the same time. Feeling fine.
